An All-American Incentive Trip
Experiences
Our experiences team just got back from an epic incentive trip with a great client of ours. Project Director Steph expertly curated an all-American road trip which took place across Las Vegas, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah over 6 days. Guests travelled in style through the US wilderness in a convoy of 25 luxury vehicles, a unique (and challenging!) format compared to previous trips previously carried out to destinations like Miami, Thailand and Nepal.
Days 1 and 2 were spent in Sin City, staying in luxury accommodation along with a fine dining dinner at Scarpetta. The group then embarked on the convoy road trip, leaving behind the city lights for a more rural American experience.
Day 3 was enjoyed at none other than the iconic Grand Canyon National Park, where layers of red rock act as a storybook of American history in all its glory. The group enjoyed sundowner drinks while taking in the sights followed by a helicopter ride to experience the canyon from an eagle’s eye view
The adventure continued with a stop at the iconic Monument Valley, one of the most photographed places on earth. The valley is host to towering sandstone rock formations that have been sculpted over time and soar 400 to 1,000 feet above the valley floor.
Dinner took place in the park itself, to experience a taste of the true Navajo culture with some storytelling and traditional musical performances. Then it was time for a pit stop on Forest Gump hill to recreate the famous movie scene, and then onwards to Horseshoe bend for more otherworldly views, this time of the winding Colorado River.
Days 5 and 6 saw a quick stop at the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park dunes for a truly exhilarating experience racing ATV buggies in the sands. Finally, the team reached Zion National Park to recharge and experience the wilderness amongst picture-perfect mountains with the option to take part in horseback riding, fly fishing and canyoneering.
The trip wrapped up with an authentic all-American finale – a traditional western barn cookout complete with a live band.
What a ride!
