The Objective 

The Saxon Hotel in Johannesburg came to us with the goal of being the defining luxury resort in Johannesburg. Unhappy with their website functionality, navigation, and aesthetic, they needed a refreshed digital presence that fixed these issues while also fully showcasing their other offerings: luxury villas, a refurbished spa, an exclusive Private Game Reserve, and incredible ties to Nelson Mandela. 

The Insight 

Through in-depth research, we were able to plot where Saxon Hotel differentiates from its competitors and embody the spirit of its ethos and offerings. Our solution was to create a beautiful new website with a clear user journey, highlighting Saxon’s different offerings through engaging, helpful content and clear calls to action, all packaged in a clean and elegant design.

With a new website creatively led by us, including the strategy, content, photography video and design, we were able to effectively harness Saxon’s rich history and innovative offerings. In light of this work, their services and USPs were efficiently communicated with new consumers via lifestyle-driven, shareable content across e-communications and social media.
